Here you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about purchasing our end-of-line upholstery and curtain fabrics online, from availability and quality to ordering and shipping.

My Account

On the top bar, click the link My Account.

On the next screen, click on the link: Forgot your password?

Enter the email address with which you registered, then click on the ‘RESET PASSWORD’ button: you will receive an email that will allow you to create a new password.

To avoid having to log in each time, click on the ‘REMEMBER ME’ checkbox at the bottom of the Login form.

Your data will be stored and managed by Clerici Tessuto S.p.A. in accordance with Article 13 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679.

You have the possibility of modifying your information at any time by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar at the top right.
When you connect to our site in the future, you can log in without having to re-enter all your information.


My Order

They are net prices. Any taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart and at checkout, based on the European Union tax regulations in force at the time of purchase.

Yes. The merchandise is always sent with an accompanying invoice. After entering the fabrics you want to purchase in your cart, click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.

In the window that appears, enter your billing country and the language you’d like to use to communicate with us. Then select Customer Type “Company” and fill in the required fields.

If you have a correct EU VAT IDs, VAT taxes will be deducted from the order total.

Please select your Country before filling in your VAT ID. The VAT ID country code will be automatically set, please do not enter it again.

NOTE: We can only accept VIES compliant EU VAT IDs (11 characters).

Yes. After entering fabrics you want to purchase in your cart, click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.

In the window that appears, enter your billing country and the language you’d like to use to communicate with us. Then select Customer Type “Private” and fill in the required fields.

On the Shopping Cart page (shopping bag icon in the menu bar at the top), enter the code in the field below the list of ordered products and click on “APPLY”: If the code is correct, you will receive a confirmation message and you will see the discount applied or shipping costs eliminated in the order summary “Cart Totals”, on the right.

Please note that VAT taxes will be deducted only on the checkout page after filling out the billing form.

In the checkout page, enter your billing and shipping country. Then select Customer Type “Company” and fill in the required fields. Click VALIDATE to validate your VAT ID.

If you have a correct EU VAT ID, VAT taxes will be deducted from the order total.

It means that your order has been received and is being processed. You will receive another email when the order has been processed and the merchandise has shipped.
If you need more information, please contact us.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email at the email address provided saying that your order is being processed.
When the merchandise is shipped, another email will be sent with the information of the shipping company.

You can pay with a credit card or PayPal account with an SSL SECURE transaction and information communicated solely to the bank.

Alternatively, for customers in the European Union or for customers Extra UE spending more than 500 euros, it is possible to pay by bank transfer. In this case merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the transfer. If we do not receive payment within 10 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

The confirmation email could be in the spam folder; check there.
The email indicating your order is being processed should arrive within an hour of placing your order. If you do not receive any confirmation email after placing your order, check the order status in the My Account area of the website shop.newtess.com.

Only if the length you have requested is available in one piece. If the pieces of that fabric are less than 35 meters, an advisory will appear on the fabric page that indicates the maximum length available as one piece, and it will be possible to view the Details of the pieces available.

Remember that different pieces may be from different dye lots and have slightly different colors. If you would like to be contacted before cutting, please indicate this in the order notes. Alternatively, you can contact us before you place your order.


Our Fabrics

If you have already purchased a fabric and want to purchase a new quantity, you can go to the page My Account and find a list of orders placed.

Clicking on the order code, you can see order details, and by selecting NEW ORDER, you can easily reorder a new quantity of that fabric.

Please note that the fabrics in the Deadstock fabrics section will not be restocked.

According to the settings of your computer screen, fabric colors may appear different online. In general, however, there may always be variations in the color and structure of the product – unfortunately, this is unavoidable and is not considered a defect.

It means that you want to purchase a length of fabric that is longer than what is available in one piece. The fabric that you requested will be sent in more than one piece and could have slight variations in color. On the Fabric Detail page, you can see the list of pieces available.

Registration / Login

No, you don’t.

Upon completion of your first purchase, an account will be registered, and you will receive an email to set up a password.

Once you have logged in, you can monitor the status of your order, edit your details, and set/change your password from your account dashboard.

Returns & Replacements

Fabrics are carefully inspected before shipping from the warehouse, but sometimes it can happen that some manufacturing imperfection escapes checking; In case of faultiness, the fabric will be replaced in accordance with the terms detailed in our claim and returning paragraph, as required by the European Directive 2011/83/UE, implemented in Italy with Legislative Decree 21 of 21 February 2014.

Search & Browse

Our online catalogue offers a wide selection of top-quality fabrics for furnishings, curtains, and sofas. To find the fabric you are interested in, you can use the filters or the search tool by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.

Only deadstock fabrics are available for purchase online at discounted prices.


Shipping & Delivery

Yes. In the Order Confirmation email, you’ll find the link to track the status of your delivery on the website of the courier. You can access the status of your delivery from shop.newtess.com by clicking on My Account, in the navigation bar at the top right.

The choice of packaging types for shipping and how the order is packed (folded, rolled, etc.) will be made at our sole discretion.

BROCHIER Como uses FedEx as its courier for fast delivery within 2 working days. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by FedEx based on the destination and weight of the fabrics purchased.

You can calculate shipping costs in your shopping cart by clicking on the Change Address button and filling in the required fields, or at checkout.

In the Order Confirmation email, you will be notified of the shipping date.
Shipping date is 2 business days from order date if payment is made by credit card or PayPal. If payment is made by bank transfer, the shipping date is 2 business days after receipt of the transfer.
